Situated in the heart of Kissimmee this beautiful 3 bedroom Florida villa with it's own private heated swimming pool is available for vacation rental. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet location at Windward Cay close to Disney World and all the other major attractions.

Windward Cay is a small select estate hidden away just off the eastern end of Highway 192 within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.


Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many other interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. The Jungleland Zoo a few minutes walk away, Lazy River boat rides and Pirates Coves crazy golf are both nearby and only five minutes drive away is The Old Town for a great night of fun with go karts, bungee jumping, vintage car processions and much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Fort Liberty are all close by.

Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

Your vacation villa has a private swimming pool which is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded conservation area.

The pool has electric heating and this, if required, is an optional extra - this can be requested at time of reservation.

There is a selection of poolside furniture available for use by our guests and an underwater pool light provides illumination for evening pool usage after a long day at the theme parks.

The single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, dining room and lounge. There is also a large double garage attached. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Wireless internet is installed in the villa.

Your Florida vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The villa is tastefully decorated in Floridian style and, of course, it is fully air conditioned.

A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a video player. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area.

Your vacation villa has a fully equipped kitchen fitted out with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. An iron and ironing board are also provided in your villa.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc.
