Deer Valley holiday house

Our 3,302 square foot townhouse, just finished in 2007, is located in a beautiful, secluded location, yet it is just 3 minutes from award-winning skiing and 10-15 minutes from downtown Park City. The back of our townhouse has large windows showcasing the incredible view of the mountains and Jordanelle reservoir. All year long, there are beautiful views just out the back window.

On the main level, we have a gourmet kitchen and spacious great room with a fireplace, large dining room, powder bath, and a beautiful master suite (king bed) with balcony access. On the upper level, we have a spacious sitting area and two large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has twin bunk beds and sleeps four, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony.

When you go to the lower level, you will find a large entertainment area with a wet bar, foosball table, game table, and fireplace. While you are here, you can make yourself at home, accessing the wireless cable or watching cable television.

Our townhouse is ideal because of its close proximity to the lifts, lake, and other various outdoor activities. The location offers pristine beauty and peacefulness. However, if you are the more adventurous type, there are no limits to what you can do. If you desire a beautiful drive and boundless amounts of outdoor activities, the Uinta Wilderness is a great destination. If you go out often, you will find this a convenient location, and when you are in the home, you will find it extremely comfortable.
