1011SC is a 5 bedroom 4 bath Upgraded pool home. It has 2 master suites. 1011SC is in a gated resort community on US Hwy 27 called SOLANA. Approximately 2 miles from I-4 Exit 55. Close to Disney and other major theme parks. (Approximately 15 to 25 minutes). It has a gorgeous club house with a huge swimming pool and a spa. It houses a game room, business center and a gym.
Shopping and dining is no problem. Posner Shopping Center is approximately 3 miles south on Hwy 27. It has a JC Penney, Best Buy, Books a Million, Super Target amongst others.
Golf courses can be found up and down Hwy 27 and off of I-4. World class Champions Gate and Reunion golf courses is less than 10 minutes away.
