Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking (extra) at 500 m communal covered parking (extra) at 1 km. Grocers, restaurant, bar 20 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Termini", underground station "Trastevere". 1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor, nice, rustic and tasteful furnishings: open living room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace, TV and heater. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: apartment street side. TV only it. Open, decorated and tastefully furnished space in comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The original construction has been preserved during restoration eg. beams, typical ceiling construction of last century. Actual prices are billed in euros, the prices displayed are for reference only.
