Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km, tennis 50 m. Private parking for 2 cars and access to the house via 30 steps. 3-room house 100 m2 on 3 levels, tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace, library and satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher), exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, exit to the terrace. Bath/shower/WC. 2 large terraces. Porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Lovely panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. From outside there is access to a bedroom (half basement level) with a bed and a pull-out bed with shower/WC.
