Beaches are are virtually outside the door with tennis, bowls, putting, golf - at Looe Golf Club, riding, coastal walks and National Trust houses and gardens all available nearby. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 40 minute drive away as is the city of Pymouth. The north Cornish coast, Padstow, St.Ives etc. is about an hour away.
