The town of Looe with it's pubs, shops, restaurants and harbour is about a seven/eight minute walk away. Beaches are are virtually outside the door with tennis, bowls, putting, golf - at Looe Golf Club, riding, coastal walks and National Trust houses and gardens all available nearby. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 40 minute drive away as is the city of Pymouth. The cathedral city of Truro is about one hour's drive.
