Dartmouth’s focal point is its bustling harbour and broad, wooded river. The town is designated a Conservation Area with 16th and 17th century timbered buildings, historic narrow streets, beautiful old shops, intimate pubs and excellent restaurants. The property is equipped with everything you would require for that relaxing holiday in Devon. The accommodation comprises of the following: there are two bedrooms, one of which has a handbasin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge is comfortable and has a TV, Video, HiFi system & wireless internet. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available either outside the property or a public carpark is available approx 2 minutes walk away.

"We really enjoy this property because of the position and of course the views. The property is very clean and comfortable - we’ve enjoyed several visits there now. The owners really have thought of everything and it is very well equipped.

It’s great first thing in the morning, walking into the lounge and looking out, straight down the estuary, out to sea. Nice to look out one window and sometimes spot cows or sheep on the hillside then look out the other window straight onto the Dart estuary!

Would recommend it. In fact we already have recommended it to friends!”

You don't sell it enough

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Tremendous and ever-changing views. A very comfortable property - the balcony was a real haven. Convenient location - it was a joy to abandon the car and walk or sail everywhere. Great coastal walks. Dartmouth was fascinating and has some good restaurants. Our only criticism - you don't sell it enough - we were quite concerned about what to expect - but we need not have worried!

Wonderful Views

We had a great holiday.The property was ideal for us.Clean and comfortable.The views from the lounge over the river were spectacular,especially at night when Kingswear was lit up.It was very convenient to be so close to the shops,restaurants and pubs.We found the Royal Castle Hotel to be excellent for meals whether in the bar or the restaurant.There were plenty of places to visit but it was always nice to get back to the property and relax with a nice glass of wine whilst enjoying the views.

Really nice break in Dartmouth

We h ad a really enjoyable break in Dartmouth at DartView. The property was very good. It made a big difference being located so conveniently and with such enjoyable views. A clean, comfortable property with some nice home comforts. The balcony was a nice feature enabling us to get outside without going out! Dealings with owner were easy and with rapid response to questions etc. Hoping to get back there some time!!

Repeat visit

This was a repeat visit for us to DartView. It’s a lovely break for us and there’s a real sense of home-from-home for us when we go. Well equipped, clean, comfortable and ideally located to take advantage of the river views and also the town itself. Great weekend, great weather and familiar, comfortable turf - your place and Dartmouth are sooooo relaxing!
