The accommodation comprises of the following: there are two bedrooms, one of which has a handbasin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The lounge is comfortable and has a TV, Video, HiFi system & wireless internet. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available either outside the property or a public carpark is available approx 2 minutes walk away.

wonderful week at Dartview House

The house was perfect in every way. The views from the balcony were
all that the owner said they would be. Marvellous!
The house was extremely clean and well maintained, very comfortable
and well equipped.
We would certainly recommend this property to our friends.,
Dartmouth is full of character with plenty of choice for eating and
enjoying a drink at the many pubs.
We found it very easy to get to other places by local transport to save
using the car.Delightful river and steam train trips available on the
door step.
Our contact with the owner was excellent.
