On the first floor (the entry level to the house), there is a large sitting room, an enormous kitchen/dining room with an oak fitted kitchen and the shower room. Upstairs there are two very well sized bedrooms each with its' own bathroom. To the rear is a tiny rock garden just large enough to sit out in with colourful plants & shrubs. A super base for exploring the delights of Looe.
