Very well equipped town house with 160 sqm well suited for 6 persons. Mediteranee just 5 kilometer by car with access to a very nice beach. Lot of vinyards in the surrounding area, with nearby cities like Sété, Béziers ( 20Km) , Sété (20 Km) and Montpellier(40km).

Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours of the western Mediterranean, lying close to the sea but not on it. The house is located in the inner part of the town which is very 'pitoresque' As such, it's a marvellous place to relax and an excellent base for discovering the Languedoc 'entre mer et montagne' (with a lot of grapes in-between). The 'mediterané' only 5 minutes away by car.On this lovely beach going from Sète to Marseillan you can always find room. If you fancy walking the Cévennes just 1 hour ride by car. Here you have a lot of tourist attractions.

The house is a restored townhouse located in the town Marseillan which is a old charming village nearby the sea. You have all facilities nearby, bars restaurants shopping and a little port. Only 2 minutes walk to the town center. The house contains 3 lovely bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms and a lovely living room with a fireplace. At the upper level big kitchen directly connected with a roof terrace. All nessacary equipment like fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and cookplate. Also Barbecue for outdoor cooking. The 2 bedrooms are located at the bottom level , and one bedroom and the living room at the middle level. Totally 160 Sqm. The rooferrace is in 2 levels with 25 sqm at the bottom partly covered and another 10 sqm above that,from where you have a beatiful view towards the Cevennes. Local market twice a week. Tuesday morning the traditionally market with food, clothing and housekeeping.

Friday evening "marché artinasale" with all kinds of stuff - painting, clothing, handcrafts ..
