Owls Roost 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 adults and 2 children. When you enter Owls Roost you instantly feel at home. The solid maple flooring, LCD TV, leather sofas, wood burning stove and brand new kitchen create a real feeling of quality. Owls Roost works really well as a cosy 1 bedroom cottage for two. For a family of four with up to 2 children over 5 it is a small but heavenly retreat. Owls Roost was completely renovated in 2008. It has a double bedroom (downstairs) and the 'Roost', a low ceilinged twin accessed by stairs. There is a light and airy lounge with kitchen / dining area. It also has its own large patio with barbecue and lovely views of the lake. Lounge Dining area Why not just sit back and relax in the comfortable lounge area? There are leather settees, colour TV and DVD player are perfect for a cosy evening in. The large windows look directly onto the lake. The superb brand new solid maple floors reflect the flames from the wood burning stove.

The brand new kitchen area has an electric cooker, steel cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeping The main double bedroom benefits from a delightful king sizebed, direct views over the lake and an ensuite bathroom with tiled floors & walls. The upstairs 'roost' is accessed via loft stairs (suitable for children 6 & over) and is incredibly popular with children, but if not required is unobtrusive. So when the second bedroom is not being used it also makes for a very cosy one bedroom cottage perfect for a couple seeking peace and relaxation. Outside Owls Roost has a large patio with BBQ, picnic table and garden chairs. Facing South west it gets sun for most of the day, and has glorious views over the lake and the valley beyond.
