This spacious, comfortable first-floor apartment is set above the owner???s home in a central location within Freethorpe. Located on the edge of the famous Norfolk Broads, this bright, well-equipped family apartment has the unusual benefit of a small courtyard area with table and chairs. Indoor accommodation is composed of four bedrooms ??? one double, one twin and two adult bunks (one of which can be made up as twins on request) ??? a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Able to sleep eight people, this is a warm, homely place for a family vacation.
This four bedroom property in East Anglia is able to sleep up to eight people and is well-placed between Great Yarmouth and Norwich.
Full oil central heating. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, books/DVD/games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & 2 stairgates on request. Roadside parking for 3 cars. Small courtyard area with furniture, next to property entrance. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk.
