Overlooking traditional countryside of low hills, orchards and nearby a selection of beautiful beaches. A private, quiet and welcoming environment, perfect for couples or families. Half an acre of mature gardens, private cobbled driveway and terracotta patios surround the property. The garden around the house and the pathways are fully lit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Transport is advisable for this location and we recommend that visitors arrange this from the airport or when purchasing flights.

    There is a once-weekly maintenance visit including a linen change and the pool and gardens are attended to twice weekly. We provide beach towels.

    30 % within one week of request, remaining 70% eight weeks before arrival. Booking less than eight weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.

    Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required.
    Cancellation refunds:
    Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
    4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
    Less than 4 weeks – no refund

    Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full

    Changeover Day: Any

    Arrivals after 1pm and and departures before 10am , however, we can make exceptions.

This traditional single storey villa has comfortable rooms leading on to an open living area with a fireplace in the centre. A beautifully fitted modern kitchen can be accessed by the front, with another entrance leading out to a spacious and semi-shaded terraces overlooking the pool. The villa is centrally heated and each bedroom has French windows leading on to individual covered patios and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, full crockery service, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has television and sky satellite and dvd player, two settees surround the open fireplace, and additional seating with armchairs. Baby cot and high chair are also available.
