St.Leon is full of character and charm, which offers every modern convenience that includes full central heating. Entrance hall, 2 fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves and fridge freezers, spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and Breton fireplace with wood burning stove, separate dining room with patio doors leading to the rear terrace and downstairs double room. On the 1st floor there is a king size bedroom, dormitory room with 4 singles and 2 twin bedded rooms. On the 2nd floor there are 2 twin bedded rooms and double bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the exception of the dormitory room that has a bathroom next door . Outside there are extensive lawned grounds with 2 large sun terraces. The house could be booked separately to Sleep 12 and 6 people. The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday
