La Trégandie is on a large green sunny hillside clearing surrounded by indigenous forest in the heart of the most loved department of the Dordogne. Prime location in the heart of the Perigord Noir. Close to the most popular villages and tourist attractions of the Dordogne. 3km from the Vèzére valley and 5km to Les Eyzies, world centre of prehistory. There are three gîtes and the owner's home on the property. La Petite Maison which is independent and La Tour which is adjacent to the main house and Le Cabanon which is independent and 150m from the main house.
