Bagneria 4 km from Tropea: new apartment house "Casa del Sole", outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Santa Domenica, in a sunny position. For shared use: grounds, outside shower. In the house: washing machine. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 500 m, railway station "Tropea" 5 km, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: railway line 500 m from the property. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Town with 8000 inhabitants, situated on the point of Capo Vaticano. There are several little buildings and monuments dating from the 13th or 14th century, as well as a norman cathedral from the 12th century. At the edge of the cliffs, there is a beach of 30-50 m wide and about 6 km long, ideal for children. 3-room apartment on 1st floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds.
