Just 10 minutes from Carcassonne Airport. Fully self-contained. Price includes electricity, gas, towels & bed linen. You will find a warm welcome waiting for you & your family from Bob. The grounds of the property are accessed by electronic gates into a courtyard. Entrance: Own front door to spiral staircase leading to first floor which has an open planned aspect. Lounge Area: A large spacious area with two comfortable settees infront of a TV which has some English channels and DVD/CD. There is a coffee table in front of a glass sliding door (with safety rail) which offers views of the courtyard and open countryside. There are two large variabe speed ceiling fans for hot days. Dining Area: A large 6 seater table and chairs situated by a window with a view of the garden. Kitchen Area: A large rustic kitchen which is fully equipped with a 4 ring gas cooker with a large oven. There is also a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Shower Room: Just off the lounge is a spacious shower room with toilet, tiled vanity unit with a large mirror above and a sumptuous tiled walk-in shower. Large Double Bedroom: Views of the mountains can be seen here on the main floor. Mezzanine level: Reached by pine staircase. Double Bedroom: A double bed with two single wardrobes, chest of drawers & skylight window. Twin Bedroom: Two single beds, two bedside cabinets, double wardrobe & skylight window. Outisde: A large garden with above ground pool and sun loungers. Changing room with fridge and seperate WC. Shaded terrace and BBQ ideal for leisurely meals. There is an open fronted barn in the courtyard which is shaded and ideal for parking out of the hot sun. Also there is a utility area which has a sink, washing machine and ironing board etc. There is so much to see and do in this wonderful area and nearby is a world class golf course, it also has a 9 hole pitch & putt plus a driving range.
