La Carruée is located in a hamlet just 10 minutes from the lakeside town of Jugon Les Lacs where a range of watersports can be found. It is only 45 minutes from the port of St Malo and less than 20 mins from the medieval town of Dinan. The beautiful beaches at Val Andre and St Cast are 30 mins away and breath-taking Cap Frehel a further 10 mins. Golf, tennis, fishing, sailing and horse riding are within easy reach.

The property is five minutes drive from the nearest well-stocked supermarket and boulangerie. At Jugon –les –Lacs which is a ten minute drive there are watersport facilities and a weekly market. Lamballe is a larger market town and on route to the nearest sandy beaches at Val Andre and St Cast. The property is well placed for visiting spectacular Cote D'Emeraude, a thirty mins drive and the pretty Pink Granite coast which is an hour away. The property is well situated for easy access to the road network to Dinan, St Brieuc, Rennes and Vannes.

La Carruée is a large Breton farmhouse that has been sympathetically restored to a high standard using local timber. It is in an idyllic situation in a sheltered position with views to other distant hamlets. The lane leading to La Carruée has no passing traffic therefore safe for young children and giving an air peace and of tranquillity. Set in half an acre mainly laid to lawn, with a variety of trees including a fig providing shade from the summer sun. There is a marked cycle track near the property for enthusiasts! Our garden shed contains a badminton set and ample garden furniture. The garden is ideal for football.
