Covered parking in the grounds. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 1 km, café 4 km, sandy beach 3 km. Sassari 6 km. Stintino 30 km. Bathing resort on the Asinara Gulf. The large beach is dotted by pine trees and it has fine sand. Shop, restaurant, bar. 5-room villa 144 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with veranda with TV. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Upper floor (spiral staircase): living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace.
