Superb 5 bed 4 bath home close to disney with pool and jacuzzi

A superbly appointed detached home ideal location close to Disney theme parks, shopping and Golf courses. Superb estate setting with community facilities including Pool, volleyball. basketball and floodlit tennis courts. It has two very private double master suites, two twin bedrooms and a further double bedroom. One of the twin rooms is a children's character bedroom with toys and games, with television and children's video's. There are two separate lounges, colour televisions/cable channels, DVD/video with surround sound system, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, dining area's and laundry room. In addition, there is a very private pool with underwater lighting and jacuzzi spa, extensive sun decking, lanai and cabana bathroom. The rear is very private as it is not overlooked by other pools or property and has a southerly aspect for all day sun.

Our home is situated on the prestigious estate of Hampton Lakes. Set amongst manicured gardens and close to the community facilities of Basketball,tennis,volleyball and swimming pool, there is a feature lake with water fountain. The estate is an easy 10-15min drive away from the Disney Theme parks. It is approximately 1 hour from the superb gulf coast beaches and Busch Gardens at Tampa. The Atlantic coast, Daytona and space centre are approx 1hrs drive in the opposite direction. Our home is situated minutes away from the excellent golf facilities at the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses together with the David Leadbetter academy. There are numerous shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes drive. We believe it is an ideal location to be quiet in the evenings away from the busier areas but close enough to make all the attractions accessible at short notice.

Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, water skiing, paragliding

The second master suite occupies the entire upstairs area with private bathroom and is very private. All the bedrooms have fitted carpet and furniture with air conditioning. All the bedrooms have colour televisions. Children's character twin room has a television video with children's tapes. The master suites have cable channels and telephones with free local calls. Bed settee. All bed linen and towels included in price.

Our home has a very large and private lanai and sundecking area. It enjoys a southerly aspect for all day sun. There are ample sun loungers and chairs. Under the lanai there is a dining area with table and chairs plus cooling ceiling fan and outside lighting, This is also where the BBQ is situated. The pool and jacuzzi have underwater lighting for night time swims, the pool area is protected by a mesh screen which allows full sun penetration but keeps out unwanted flying guests. It is fully equipped for your stay, video's, DVDs, playstation2 and games plus other games and toys etc should you decide to stay at the villa instead of going shopping or to the theme parks. The Villa is fully air conditioned. Tennis racquets balls and basket ball provided.

Theme Parks

Disney theme parks are 10-15min easy drive from villa. Use the Champions gate area to access the I4 and follow directions.

Shopping and other attractions

Use Champions Gate access to I4 for Universal studios and Sea world follow signs from i4. Outlet mall visible from I4 as you travel towards Seaworld on the right. 192 and attractions easily accessible either from 27 or i4.

Other Activities shopping and theme parks.

Golf Information:

Highlands reserve golf course literally minutes away on the 27. Champions gate golf courses and David Leadbetter golf school 10 min drive.
