Las Terrazas de Costalita is a new development situated just 100m from the beach and is approximately 5 minutes drive from San Pedro de Alcantara and 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Estepona. Local supermarkets and commercial centres are within walking distance. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is available for short term holiday rentals. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with the lounge/dining area to the left which leads out onto a large west facing terrace overlooking the communal swimming pools and gardens which include a gym and bar facility. Tennis courts are across the road. The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, washing machine and tumble drier. The main bedroom has a king size double bed that can be split into two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The apartment is fully hot and cold air/conditioned, double glazed and has a television and CD player. The apartment has a large parking space allocated in a secure underground car park with direct lift access to the apartment. There is also a security guard on the main gate. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels).
