Casolare has 4 bedrooms that cater for between 10 and 12 persons. The bedrooms offer wrought iron beds, beautiful antique chest of draws, bureaus, and 19th century chestnut beams. 2 of the bedrooms have 1 double bed and 1 single. In the 3rd bedroom there is 1 double bed and in the 4th there are 2 singles. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two other larger bathrooms are available to all the guests. In total the property has three bathrooms. The kitchen, which leads out onto the loggia, has a fireplace, a sofa bed and luxurious armchairs. The kitchen is excellently equipped with oven, dishwasher, pots and pans and high quality crockery and a washing machine. At the long wooden table in the dining room, you can enjoy the exquisite Umbrian food and wines.

The house is very warming and furnished in a traditional Italian rustic style You can relax undisturbed in the large garden behind the house, where there is also an old working pizza oven, a barbecue for evening parties and a privat swimming pool. You are free to spend all day at the poolside or in the garden. The places of interest within the local environment around Casolare are easily reached. The historic town of Castiglione del Lago is five minutes' drive away. Notably the old medieval town and the beach are of particular interest, and the large supermarket offers all you need in the way of food. It is easy to reach the historic towns of Orvieto, Montepulciano, Perugia, Cortona and Arezzo and many other important historic towns further away.
