West Lakes & Cumbrian Coast holiday house: Cockermouth

This beautiful home has been refurbished throughout to the highest standards. The open plan living area is light and spacious with wooden beams and vaulted ceilings. There is dining for 8 with a large seating area beyond. Here is a wood burning stove (initial supply of fuel provided) a 42” plasma TV with Freesat & DVD player. Concertina doors lead out to the patio area and garden beyond. The kitchen area is stylish and fully equipped with double electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, two drawer dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space. There is also a second sitting room with TV and board games. There are also four ensuite bedrooms: two doubles with ensuite showers and a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower over a bath. The fourth bedroom has a super king size bed with ensuite shower over a roll top bath. A utility room houses a washing machine. Outside is a patio with garden furniture and lawned garden. There is plenty of parking here too.

The house is heated by oil central heating which is included in the price. The beds will be freshly made up for you; you need to remember to bring your own towels. Pets are welcome although this is limited to two dogs - we ask that dogs are kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. Dogs must not be left alone in the house. The house is non-smoking.
