Two double bedrooms are also on the ground floor, both with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. A large fully tiled bathroom with wet-room shower and separate WC complete the ground floor accommodation. The mezzanine floor overlooks the main living area and is equipped with two single beds. A third double bedroom with en-suite tiled washroom/WC leads off the mezzanine.
Gardens of 1500m2. The beautiful, secure garden is terraced on two main levels, well stocked with a variety of perennial flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. Garden lighting adds to the overall ambience for late evening relaxation after the heat of the day. Private Pool: 8m x 4m x 1.5m deep with safety alarm. Solar heated fresh-water shower.
