Second floor apartment with communal pool and gardens, private parking and electrically operated security gates. All windows have security blinds which are also great for keeping the early sun out whilst you sleep. The balcony comprises of wicker spanish style tiled table and chairs for you to enjoy the excellent views or an al fresco meal. There is a fully fitted tiled kitchen comprising fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, extractor fan, toaster and coffee and tea making facilities. There are 2 comfortable twin bedrooms with ample storage space. The master bedroom also has the benefit of a balcony and those wonderful views. A fully tiled spanish bathroom has an excellent shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit with shaving point. The living area with double fold down sofa has book cases and accommodates the tv, dvd/cd player.

The dining area has a table which will open to accommodate 6 diners with sufficient chairs and is easily served from the kitchen if you wish to cook one evening rather than visit the great variety of local restaurants.
