Das Haus liegt ruhig dennoch relativ zentral an einem kleinen Berg in Chaweng Noi. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert aber nicht unbedingt notwendig, da man auch alles mit einem Taxi deutlich sicherer erledigen kann. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer gigantischen Entertainmentanlage ausgestattet. (DVD, CD, Dolby Suround, FlatscreenTV) . In den Schlafzimmern in der oberen Etage ist eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und jeweils ein schönes Bad ensuite). Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, jedoch weniger um zu kochen. Aber wer das in Thailand macht ist selber schuld.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleiner Anlage bestehend aus 3 Doppelhäusern.
Der Garten ist tropisch mit einem riesengroßen Pool.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare "Weihnachtszeit" und einen unvergeßlichen Jahreswechsel und drei Wochen vergingen wie im Flug.

Eins sei noch gesagt: Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist dieses Haus nicht geeignet.
