Brand new full size bunkbeds and a further 4ft brass bed (ground floor) complete the accommodation for 5/6 people. The lounge offers comfortable seating with two 3 seater sofas and an armchair. A main feature of the cottage is the original slate inglenook fireplace which houses a large log burning stove. There is cable television in both the lounge & master bedroom, along with a dvd player in the lounge.
The countrystyle kitchen/diner has french doors leading onto a large slate terrace at the rear of the property - a unique spot for morning & evening sun and offering wonderful views over the Moelwyn. The large wood paneled bathroom includes a full size white bathroom suite and overhead shower.
A utility room offers further storage/shelving space and a new automatic washer/dryer. There is a free standing freezer in the cupboard under the stairs. Every room has a night storage heater, the cottage is fully double glazed and well insulated. Outside - a pretty slate table has been built to create a sitting area within the walled terrace, futher garden furniture is stored in the cottage. The stone built BBQ and enclosed circular lawn area create an attractive cottage garden environment.
