Situated within La Manga Club, voted Europe's premier sporting resort, the villa overlooks the whole club with views to the hills and to the sea from all three terraces. The villa is surrounded by beautifully kept communal gardens and is next to as large pool shred by 5 other villas.

La Manga Club has 3 championship golf courses, 23 tennis courts and numerous other sporting activities. Equipment hire and tuition are available. Bike hire and scuba diving are also available. There is a newly opened Spa and Health Club, with 25 metre indoor pool, gym and luxurious treatment rooms. There is a small private beach and a large central lido pool. Residents discount for all La Manga Club sporting activities is included. Children have an activity programme in the school holidays and there is a Kids Club open all year. There is also a Football Academy for the children at the world famous training ground and tennis courses or individual lessons. Baby sitting can be arranged locally by English speaking staff. Children are welcome all over the resort. The property is close to the renowned Hyatt Regency Hotel which has an award winning restaurant, piano bar, lively cocktail bar with live music.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Property has all linen provided other than your own pool towels. The cost includes before and after cleaning and an additional weekly clean and linen change for each week at the property. Additional cleaning can be arranged as well as a a welcome pack for your arrival. Airconditioning and heating are included, depending on season. Local phone call within the club included

    Departure times are 10.00am to allow for cleaning but can be negotiated depending who and when the villa is next let.

    Additional beds with linen. cots, stairgates, highchairs can be arranged at additional cost. Hire Car is very important to enjoy the whole of the resort- we can help with this too.

Built in 1986 as one of the first and therefore more generously proportioned villas within La Manga Club it has been owned by only 2 families since new. The present owners refurbished the property in 2002 and it boasts a brand new kitchen, master bedroom suite and bathroom, and new soft furnishings. The villa is adjacent to the large private ( 18m) pool, which is only for use of the residents of Los Altos. The villa is within walking distance of the Tennis Centre, El Oasis pool complex, crazy golf, Par 42 ( pitch and putt), supermarket and several excellent shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is very spacious with the living areas upstairs and bedrooms, bathrooms and utilty room on the lower floor. It is extremely well equipped with many additional extras such as videos, books and additional kitchen and entertaining equipment. There is new individual, remote controlled air conditioning and heating throughout.

The property has three terraces; a roof top sun terrace,a large dining terrace with views of the sea and Club to the front with built in barbeque and a rear shady dining terrace with views of the hills and the pool. The villa has views and cooling breezes, but in view of the steps is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Access to the property can be made at ground floor level so luggage and shopping are no problem. Parking is right outside.

Golf: We offer a residents discount for golf and tennis players. The villa is in walking distance to the Tennis centre. The golf courses are outstanding. There are 3 within 3 minutes drive of the villa. Booking slots is advisable during peak periods. Single golfers are accommodated. Hire of equipment including buggies is available
