Tamar Valley, luxuriously converted Barn, peaceful friendly village location, sleeps 2 plus. Village Pubs, Cotehele House and Gardens, Morwellham Quay, kit Hill Country Park, Beaches, Golf Courses, Plymouth and Dartmoor. Double whirlpool bath and 6ft bed. Sorry no pets.

You enter the property through extra wide stable doors, wheelchair friendly. Lounge area with TV Hi-Fi VCR and DVD coumfortable seating for four. The kitchen area is superbly finnished and fully equiped. Through to the bathroom you find a double whirlpool bath WC wash hand basin and large seperate shower. Upstairs is an 18 foot x 14 foot bedroom which has a lounge seating area at one end by french windows overlooking the grounds, countryside and woodlands beyond. There is a comfortable 6 foot wide by 6 foot 6 inch long hardwood bed. Your comfort and relaxation is our priority.
