Les Lutins is 19th century fishermans house set on three levels in the heart of the quiet village of Lion Sur Mer. It is only 30 yards from a yellow sandy beach, and is at the heart of this quiet seaside village. There is ample parking in the streets surrounding the property and it is within easy walking distance of the local supermarket, patisserie and numerous restaurants and bars.

The house is only 30 yards from a golden yellow, sandy beach that is safe for children and adults to bathe in. This property is situated on Sword Beach and is ideal for exploring the Normandy landing beaches. It is 3 miles west of the Riva Bella and 3 miles east of the bustling sea-side town of Luc Sur Mer. There are designated cycle paths along the sea-front, which allow safe travel by bike to the other resorts along the coast.

The living accommodation, which is clean and comfortable, is set on 3 levels and there is a garden area to the front of the house with a BBQ and garden furniture. The neighbours are extremely friendly and very welcoming, and will always greet you with a smile and 'bonjour' or 'hello'.
