Superb property, superb service - superb holiday!

Just back from Portugal and stayed with my family at this lovely apartment. Exactly as described and in stunning condition with lots of extras thrown in (welcome pack, toys for kids to play with, towels etc). Eddie is superb to deal with and made everything so smooth that booking, arrival, departure etc went like clockwork.
Range of restaurants within a 5 min walk and a local supermarket covers your daily needs. The pool is outside your door and even in peak season it was quiet enough to have a good swim whenever you fancied. There are steps down to and back from the beach but we coped no problem with a six year old and a parent who recently had a knee operation. A nice bar sits at the top of the beach steps so take advantage of a cold drink before you walk back.
We took a cab to Albufeira for a change and was charged just 13 Euros so a day out is easily affordable. Secure parking is also included if you hire a car.
Good food locally at the Flor de Mar restaurant and the FR restaurant (music live on a Friday evening). The Frango Real restaurant does a superb barbeque on a Saturday night - each as much as you like for 15 Euros a head, live music and unlimited wine or soft drinks. For 4 adults and 2 Kids we had an entire evening for 75 Euros. Watch out for the bar owners superb drunk act as he pours you a local spirit!! You must book the barbeque in advance as it is very popular with locals as well as tourists - simply go inside and leave a name and a table is yours.
Highly recommended and we will certainly visit again!
