Our spacious apartment is only 10 minutes away from the marina and beautiful, blue flag, beaches of Guardamar. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of this lovely unspoilt town which has many restaurants, bars and street cafes. The property has a large communal pool and has a private security car park with own designated car space. There is a balcony with views of the nearby mountains and river. There is a separate kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cooker with hob and oven and all utensils. There are large fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the apartment. The accommodation is on the 5th floor and has two lifts. The bathroom has bath, shower toilet, bidet and wash basin with marble top vanity unit. The lovely park in the town has a lake with plenty of wildlife including peacocks, ducks and other water foul. The water feature meanders around the park .

Nearest Airport: Alicante at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Alicante at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Easy access to the N332 coast road with Cartegena to the south and Alicante to the north. Benidorm is only an hour away with all the theme parks and beautiful scenery along the coast. Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies which is 15 minute drive and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 12 minute drive from this property. A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park, located on the Elche - Santa Pola road. The park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch. Within a 15 minute drive there is La Finca Golf Course where a new clubhouse is being built to service the Spanish Open and La Marquesa, 35 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses at Villamartin which has an abundance of olive trees and well placed bunkers to make it a challenging course for players of all abilities.

    A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of £100 is also payable with the balance. Welcome packs can be arranged on request. A separate charge for cleaning & laundry amounting to 55 euros is payable locally to our agent on arrival. All prices include electricity and water. Please supply own beach towels. Cot and Highchair hire are also available on request. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable.
