Sunshine Chalet sleeps a family of four ( 5 persons with use of double size bed settee in lounge) in two bedrooms - with double bed and adult size bunk beds (There is not room for adding a cot in the bedrooms). The chalet has a shower, toilet, kitchenete and a bright lounge with views over the large lawned area.

The on-site Club Oasis has a variety of entertainment all season: The 'Club Oasis', Live music & dancing, Darts & Pool, Disco & Karaoke, Cabaret (the owner has paid a memberhip fee for the Oasis Club so there is no entrance fee payable by occupiers of the chalet). The Sundowner adult bar, Competitions, Bingo. The indoor heated swimming pool with an average temperature of 82° c, kid’s paddling pool, non-slip pool surround, hot showers & hair dryers, disabled toilets and a snack bar. Pool is open April to September. Entrance fee is payable. The California Tavern pub and restaurant is within walking distance or 2 minutes by car from the chalet. Here they stock some real fine ales, mild, stouts and continental lagers, wines and spirits all at reasonable prices.

  • Person booking the chalet must be over 21years of age. No bookings taken for all male/female parties under 25yrs of age. Changeover day is Saturday (although short breaks can sometimes be arranged), rates on request. A well behaved dog welcome at no extra charge, with responsible owners. and must be kept on a lead while on the site area.
  • A returnable deposit of £50 is required in addition to the rental amount.

The chalet is detached so space all around - fully double glazed with electric heaters so nice and warm. Colour TV, games and books for those days when the weather is uncertain. Electricity is provided on a coin-operated meter - on average £1 pays for 3/4 full days worth of electricity. All bedlinen is provided, tea towels, crockery,pans, ironing board and iron. The owners have paid a years membership for the Oasis Clubhouse so entrance is free for all occupiers of the Chalet. On top of the organised activities in the clubhouse you'll find amusement arcade on site with latest video games, an indoor swimming pool (entrance fee payable for pool). A mini-market and gift shop, launderette, restaurant, cafe, burger/curry/fish and chip shop and pay phones are just some of the other amenities. There's a bus-stop at the park entrance with services to Gt. Yarmouth etc. Ample free parking on-site. Only a short walk to visit the other sites/clubs along California Rd.

The Norfolk Broads are nearby, Hemby, Caiser Castle and lots of other places of interest - such as the ancient city of Norwich (approx. 30 min drive away). All this and just 10 minutes walk from a beach - where there are further fish/chip shop, shops etc. Also a large pub/restaurant with good quality food and live entertainment. Well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
