Barkadeer is a lovely apartment overlooking Falmouth harbour and the Fal Estuary. It is only a short 300 yards walk from the town yet it is very quiet and private. The apartment is our holiday home and also available for letting. It is fitted throughout to a very high standard.
There is a large open plan lounge leading onto a patio area with table, chairs and fantastic views.The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower and toilet and its own balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and harbour views. The family bathroom has a bath with shower and a toilet. There are also two single sofa beds provided. The kitchen includes a washer / dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
The apartment is perfect for one or two couples or a family. We provide extras for the younger guests including cot, high chair, small persons cutlery and crockery, Playstation (with a supply of games) and more traditional board games.
We try to include all those little things you need on day one to allow you to start your holiday as quickly as possible, such as a welcome pack of milk, coffee, tea, sugar and flowers, a bottle of wine and a supply of useful 'bits' such as condiments, washing powders, foil, rubbish bags etc
Barkadeer has its own dedicated underground parking space (not suitable for high vehicles) and there is plenty of free street parking nearby. Within 300 yds you will find shops, restuarants and pubs and also the Falmouth boat services to Truro, St Mawes, Helford and many other places. The apartment is exceptionally located - fantastic views, privacy and the convenience of being close to the town all combined. If you chose to visit we are sure you will not regret your decision.
