House with 2 apartments, 2 storeys, renovated in 2006 4 km from the centre of Pula, 2 km from the centre of Villa San Pietro, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 400 m2, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Parking by the house. Shop 2.3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 3.5 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence. In the south of Sardinia, 30 km below Cagliari, the city of Pula is situated 4 km from the sea. On a narrow peninsula before Pula is the city Nora with forum, amphitheatre, temple ruins and well kept mosaic on the ground from the Roman era. 4-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed.
