  • RESERVATIONS:
    An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

    PAYMENTS:
    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.

    CANCELLATIONS:
    If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.

Try your skill at billiards in the 1st floor gameroom. This remarkable vacation property will comfortably sleep up to six persons, (maximum occupancy) and truly offers something for everyone! MENTION AD # 1076 WHEN PLACING YOUR RESERVATION, AND RECEIVE A SPECIAL GIFT AT CHECK-IN! RATES: Rates for Chalet 7 range from $269.00 to $469.00 per night, and from $1614.00 to $3283.00 per week.
