Mora D'Ebre is in a much envied central location. Just a short drive in any direction will take you to fabulous scenery, interesting villages, wildlife sanctuaries, or beach front activities. 20 minutes drive to the coast will find you on Costa Dorado's many beautiful and varied beaches, where you could continue on to Universal Studio's Port Aventura theme park, or Costa Caribe water park for a fun-packed day out. A 30 minute drive downriver will take you to the Delta of the River Ebro, a celebrated wild bird sanctuary with numerous species of water bird. 20 minutes up river brings you to the wildlife sanctuary near Flix which protects the wild ponies of this region. 20 minutes away is an 18 hole golf course, where you can hire the equipment, while there are two more courses further afield. On top of all these we can arrange Horse riding, quad-biking, canoe hire, fishing trips, cave exploring and many more.

Mora D'Ebro is a small but lively market town in the heart of the Spanish Countryside. The River Ebro runs through the town, providing magnificent views with excellent opportunities for fishing, riverside walks, birdwatching, etc. In the evening there are many bars and restaurants to choose from, with one or two unobtrusive nightclubs and late night music bars for those night owls. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorado are just 20 minutes away and there are numerous activities on your doorstep, including canoe hire, golf, fishing trips, boat rides as well as horse riding, quads, archery etc. The property itself is a traditional Spanish townhouse on three floors with a cosy, cottage feel , completely renovated to provide all the comforts and mod-cons you might expect. Two bedrooms provide accommodation for 4 people, while there is a bed settee in the lounge providing two extra single beds if your party consists of six.

Travel is easy and convenient from Reus Airport (40 minutes by car or train) using Ryan Air. Or from Barcelona Airport (2 hours by train or car) Using Easyjet, Bmibaby, or many of the other major airlines. If you prefer not to drive we run a courtesey pick-up service to and from the local train station on arrival, or arrangements can be made for airport pick-ups for a pre-arranged fixed fee.

We stayed at Casa Gregori for a second time this year this time for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic time. We absolutely love the area which offers some fantastic scenery, great walking, some brilliant sight seeing in nearby Barcelona and Tarragona and your fill of beaches. We even booked a daytrip on a catamaran on the med nearby. The house, as last time was lovely, really clean, tidy, cosy and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely visit again, we love Casa Gregori, a real home from home and the area.

Really lovely break

We had a really lovely holiday in Mora and the surrounding area. The town itself has pretty much everything you could want from a holiday base with really good access to the beaches, the river, theme parks and Barcelona. The house itsef is really cosy, well equipped and makes an excellent base. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is really comfortable. We have since recommended Mora and the house to family and friends who have stayed here. We will definitely be coming again. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

a pleasant home from home holiday. everything you needed was provided for including a lovely landlady willing to help at all times . the house was winthin very easy reach to the town and facilities including a weekly market just down the road. Well situated for surrounding attractions and would recommend a visit to Murat castle and caves. Tarragona and Salou about an hours drive away. And in the evening a quite pleasant stroll along the River Ebre! What more could you ask. Will definately go back!

wonderful place to get away from it all

We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The area is just great and Casa Gregori was a clean and comfortable base to come home to at the end of each day. Our favourite restaurant was Turu 9, which we used to stroll to each evening. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and we made good use of the tourist information they provided. We will definitely be back next year!!
