The properties are part of a former watermill ten acre estate bordering a lovely trout fishing river. The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas.

Sleeps up to 20 people, consisting of large Lounge with open fireplace, large Kitchen and Dining room with long French oak dining table, 8 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, large garden with stone built barbeque overlooking the river. Fully heated for year round rental. The property has its own patio overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing. Satelite TV, DVD, video and a music/CD system are available in the lounge. Set on the riverbank in a protected valley of outstanding natural beauty these properties are very well secluded but remain within walking distance from the village of Plouguenast itself. These newly refurbished cottages are well planned and are furnished to a high standard. Each cottage also has it's own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.
