Most wonderful Villa in a spectacular location

This was our 3rd visit to Kalkan so we knew what we wanted and what to expect. We had previously stayed in Apart-hotels but as a group of 6 adults thought a villa may suit our needs better. On arrival we received a warm welcome and everything was just perfect - it was better than we expected with large airy rooms, an incredibly well supplied kitchen including microwave, washing machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer.... whilst we had little inclination to cook meals we did have cooked breakfasts and afternoon cocktails ;0) and had we stayed longer we would probably have utilised the build in BBQ - a lovely outside area with stunning views and ample seating around a proper table. Of an evening we often sat on the roof terraces watching the yachts come in as the sun went down. The en-suite bedrooms were all comfortable again with lovely views. The villa team were friendly and helpful, supplying large bottle of water for a reasonable price so we did not have to carry it. From a location point of view it is so close to town that we could often see the villa from the many roof terraces of Kalkan. situated at the top of the new steps it is a 5-10 minute stroll into the heart of Kalkan unless like us the lure of cocktails is too much to pass. Just up the side street is the Kalamar road and opposite is Mango restaurant owned by Ayhan who will give you a warm welcome - their chicken and mango wrap is to die for and they will even deliver to the villa so no need to leave the pool. Another good option for lunch is the Corner restaurant or Chillies. We will definately be returnign and i have already made enquiries about next year. Just outstandingly wonderful.
