Spacious six bedroom, two story villa with wheelchair access close to Ostuni the 'White City', situated within its own one and half acre Olive grove. It has three double bedrooms, spacious lounge diner,bathroom including shower and Kitchen on each floor. Secure parking for up to six cars,sun roof patio,large gazebo and external shower for cooling off at any time. All linen, towels cutlery and crockery supplied, rental includes utility bills including water. Easy access to the local Adriatic beaches with the surrounding area offering activities for all. This is the region for hand made Pasta, a major wine growing region famous for its Primitivo's, excellent restaurants to suit all tastes and of course the best Olive Oil!

Lively Marinas and beaches or secluded sandy coves. Horse riding, fishing and diving facilities within twenty minutes drive. Alberobello, the Trulli town, a Safari Park at Zoo Safari Fasanolandia which includes a water sport facility and theme park.The Castellana Grotto, an incredible underground waterway. Further afield you will find Baroque Architecture and Roman remains at Lecce or visit the ancient ports of Brindisi and Bari. There are many festivals in the area throughout the year including Kite Flying, young musicians and fairs.

  • A welcome pack will be left to start you off. A car is advisable. Rents quoted are for each floor, please contact for rental of whole villa. We have an english speaking agent resident in town to look after all your needs.

    Changeover days are flexible. A nonrefundable deposit of £200 per floor will reserve your let, with a refundable deposit against damages or loss of £200 per week.

    There are two airports that serve Ostuni Bari and Brindisi.

Each floor of the villa has three generous sized double bedrooms, kitchen,bathroom and large lounge/diner. Access to the upper floor by external stairs. There is a very large patio with a Gazebo and porch for shade and the upper floor has its own shaded balcony. The roof may be used as a sun deck. There is a genuine external Pizza oven and a separate barbecue area. The ground floor is ideal for wheelchair users. The local beaches are mainly gently sanding into the Adriatic. Some are designated for Wheelchair access. This is an unspoilt area the Italians keep for themselves!
