Mid Level: 2 King mbrs, Queen mbr, a Queen bedroom shares full bath w/bedroom w/Full size futon. All bedrooms have tvs.

Top Level: You will find a King mbr. Great room has beautiful views, gas fireplace a 36"tv, dvd and surround sound a dining room table that accommodates 16 with additional seating at island and separate sitting area. Hot tub overlooks ocean from this level's deck.
