Puerto Rico is situated in the South of Gran Canaria, sheltered from the prevailing winds. No mosquitoes, hurricane, tornadoes or humidity. Just sunshine 50 weeks of the year. The best climate in the world so why go long haul when it is all right here just 4 hours flight from UK. Our properties are on a small friendly complex with relaxing pool. These fully equipped apartments are on the lower level of the valley of Puerto Rico saving on taxi fares. Just a five minute stroll to the beach, marinas and centre where You will find many bars, good restaurants and shops. Conveniently located for local buses and a large handy supermarket close by. The apartments will sleep 2 people comfortably and very well equipped with everything supplied for a S/C holiday. The kitchen has kettle, toaster, iron/board, microwave, fridge/freezer pots,pans and all other utensils. The living room consists TV/DVD/CD/ players, and book library. Towels/bedding and hairdryer supplied

Puerto Rico is the only resort here in the South of Gran Canaria with two lovely marinas where you will find an abundance of watersports, sailing trips, dolphin searches, sport fishing, pedalos, snorkelling, diving, para-gliding, jetskis and many more attractions. Beautiful golden sandy beaches where you can just relax and sunbathe. There are excursions to Soux city, mountain safaris, water parks, Palmitos park and many more. Gran Canaria is for all ages, the young and the mature holidaymaker. There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and nationalities at very reasonable prices and bars with live entertainment, quizzes and karaoke, disco and nightclubs and casinos all competing in prices so you get a really good deal. The shops are a shoppers paradise with shops selling duty free perfumes, tobbacco, gifts and alcohol at remarkable low prices. There are weekly markets. Arguineguin a small fishing villiage, Maspalomas and Mogan villiage. Dont foget to haggle.

  • We are a family business with 13 years experience here and cater for our own visitors. We will look after you personally and we are on 24hr call out should you require our assistance in an emergency. Change over days are*** Monday to Monday*** from October to May although other days may be available on request. From May to August flexible change over days. Please contact us. We can arrange transfer from to the airport with a reputable taxi compant as private taxi transfers are illegal and are not insured for this purpose . Or you can make your own arrangements. We also have 2 bedroom bungalows available for families. We can accommodate groups of couples in our apartments as we have several on one complex.

Notes: The apartments are a small complex of just 22 with a nice day long sunny pool with sunbeds. They are modernly furnished, fully equipped and are just 5-6 minutes walk to the beach.marinas and the centre of Puerto Rico in such a good location our visitors return year after year. Not too close to the bars and restaurants to spoil a good nights sleep. There is also a large handy supermarket close by. . We have been letting apartments here in Puerto Rico for 13 years and will try to make your holiday as carefree and happy as possible. Puerto Rico is in the South of Gran Canaria. The only resort with 2 marinas and a lovely golden sandy beach set between them. There are lots of water sports, Diving, sport fishing, snorkelling, dolphin & whale search boats, fun boats &, jet skis. Also an abundance of day trips. Our apartments will sleep 2 adults We dont believe in overcrowding. One bedroom with twin bed and fitted wardrobe. All bedding is supplied. In the living area you will find TV, radio and cd/dvd player a book library and sofa bed. There is a fully fitted veryl well equipped kitchens with microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware. Everything required in a self catering holiday apartment. A seperate fully fitted bathroom with shower, towels & hairdryer are supplied. The furnished balcony overlooks the relaxing swimming pool which is never over crowded as on many commercial complexes, here you will find sunloungers to relax on. The apartment is on a small friendly complex with relaxing pool. PLEASE NOTE THE AVAILABILITY CALENDAR WILL NOT BE UPDATES AS WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY.

Situated on the low level of the valley of Puerto Rico, saving on taxi fares no transport required for this location. In a quiet but convenient location our visitors return year after year, no noise from the centre to spoil a good nights sleep after a days sunbathing and a good night out. These apartments normally get booked quickly. As we have more than one apartment we can accommodate groups of families. We also have 2 bedroom bunglaows for families. We don't cater for groups of under 21s but we do cater for couples all ages.

Golf: There are 3 gplf courses close to Puerto Rico Tauro and Salobre just 5 minutes drive and th biggest Maspalomas 10 minutes drive.
