Situated on a modern secure development Paraiso Riviera is in the heart of the Costa del Sol in Spain with easy access up and down the coast to all the popular resorts and family attractions. Two swimming pools, sauna and Jacuzzi, garage parking, and beautifully maintained gardens. This well-appointed apartment on the first floor is stylishly furnished and fully air conditioned. A large terrace overlooks green hills and down to the sea. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops approx 1 mile at the popular locations of Calahonda, Riviera del Sol and Miraflores. Miraflores golf course is just next door and there are many other golf courses nearby.

Miraflores Golf course is right next door to Paraiso Riviera and many more golf courses are only a short drive away, including 3 at La Cala. Many family attractions including Sea World, two Water parks, Tivoliland theme park, Zoo, Marine park, Cable car, Zoo, Crocodile park, and Boat trips are all within a 20 minute drive.

Lounge and Dining: The lounge is fully air-conditioned and has two large sofas, wide screen TV with Sky Digital receiver, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Playstation 2 and games, and a HiFi. There is a patio door leading onto the terrace with views over green hills and down to the sea. The sun reaches the terrace from mid afternoon and you can dine in style without being overlooked whilst watching the sun set behind the hills. The terrace includes a dining table, sun loungers, sofa and chairs. Indoors there is a large dining table with seating for 4 people and a well fitted modern kitchen including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The two bedrooms both have twin beds and built in wardrobes, are both fully air-conditioned, and the main bedroom has a patio door onto the terrace also. The main bedroom has its own en-suite with bath, shower over, WC and bidet. There is a second bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

Other Facilities: Parking is available in the underground garage or outside the apartment block. There is a lift and stairs up to the apartment. There are 3 swimming pools (one is a children's splash pool) surrounded by grass and sub-tropical gardens. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby at Riviera del Sol, Miraflores and Calahonda, approx 15 minute walk or minutes by car.

Golf: Miraflores Golf course is only a few minutes drive, and there is also a golf academy and driving range too. Other golf courses within a 5 to 10 minute drive include three courses at the La Cala resort, and Cabopino.
