Rose Hill Villa is set in an elevation position between Samrong Bay and Tongson Bay and has west facing uninterrupted views over Big Buddha Bay experiencing amazing sunsets over the islands of the National Marine Park. This enchanting villa is set in a lush landscaped garden with a lawned area at the rear and is strategically positioned to ensure privacy from nearby properties. The spacious living/dining room of this Koh Samui holiday villa offers fantastic views from both levels and from all rooms and is tastefully furnished throughout. The terrace features a semi -circle plunge pool flanked by a terrace with sun loungers and patio table and chairs. The accommodation consists of a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen ,a bedroom and bathroom with a bali inspired wet room shower as well as a sunken bath on the first floor and a spiral staircase leading down to a further living area, a 2nd bedroom and a bathroom. Restaurants and beaches of Cheong Mon are 5 mins drive away.

Beaches and restaurants nearby: It is possible to walk to the beaches of Samrong and Tongson Bay but will take you approximately 15 - 20 minutes. One of the most popular beaches is Cheong Mon beach which is also the closest village to you with 5 mins drive and it also has several restaurants and shops in the area. At night there is candlelight dining on the beach. There is a public walkway through the luxurious SDala Hotel which is at the entrance to the village.

Other areas for restaurants and bars: The old Fisherman's village of Bophut which is 10 ,mins drive away is popular for Oceanside dining and quaint shops and 10 - 15 minutes in the opposite direction is the main town of Chaweng with it's livelier restaurants and bars as well as a beautiful long beach with the hotel restaurants tumbling out on the beach at night for candlelight dining.
