The big villa has been discretely separated into two fully contained apartments – each over a full floor of the villa and with totally separate entrances at opposite sides of the villa. They share the big swimming pool and grounds, with separate outdoor dining areas and which are arranged to accommodate our guests in easy comfort.
The swimming pool, open from May 15 until the end September, (5x10mt; depth 1,20-1,90mt) is set in a rolling lawn adjoining the house. Car parking is out of sight.
The ground floor apartment boasts a large living room with a working feature fireplace and looks out to the north and the east. It is beautifully decorated with period furniture mixed with modern pieces and beautiful artifacts and art prints. Off the living room is a separate dining room which seats 8 persons and leads into a large, fully equipped kitchen.
Both the kitchen and dining room overlook the wooded hills of Tuscany and have doors leading directly outside where our guests can also eat while looking at the splendid views. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and iron.
There are 3 bedrooms with built in closets - one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms - and three new bathrooms, complete with bathtubs and shower. There is a charming, beautifully decorated room 'upstairs'from the living room as another twin bedded bedroom with its own complete bathroom with shower. The views accross the hills from this room are breathtaking.
All the rooms are decorated with beautiful art prints and artifacts to make the house very warm and interesting. All rooms have ceiling fans.
