Luxury family orientated fully equipped lodge, with en-suite double and twin bedrooms, relax in the spacious lounge area with adjacent kitchen and dining. The lodge is situated on a new prestigious development, slumbering above the shifting sands of Morecambe Bay is the delightful hill country of Silverdale & Arnside. Here Lancashire merges into Cumbria in a succession of Limestone crags and Lowland ponds, dominated by the popular RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss. Dogs are allowed, however no Cats, sorry.

From here walking along the coast and along quiet lanes and paths through fields and woodlands are all possible. Fishing is allowed on the site lake and is free, more peaceful areas can be found 400mtrs from the site day tickets are available @ £5.00 per day from reception area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices from £60 per night, except for Christmas and New Year weeks, please call to confirm. The rental cost includes gas and electricity. A deposit of secures your booking, the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full 8 weeks of you proposed arrival date. Please Note: Access to the Pure Leisure Centre is not within the costs, these can be arranged directly with reception on site to suite your requirements.

    Dogs are allowed 2 being the max allowed, they are charged at a flat rate of £20 per dog, per week.

    A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is also required for cancelations; this is to cover breakages for rentals. Arrival and Departure of the lodge will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on your day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

    Return deposits are provided via post following our clean etc... after your departure
  • Part week/weekend rates available on request subject to availability and time of season. All Bed linen is provided however, guest should bring their own towels/tea towels. Minimum booking are normally 3 nights, though subject to other bookings 2 nights will be concidered.

    Please call for details and rates for your proposed dates.

    PLEASE NOTE: There are restrictions on type of dog allowed on site such as Americas Pit bull terriers, Japanse Tosa, Fuila Brailerio, Dogo Argentina and any other type of dog which could present a danger or alarm to other visitors.

The lounge area opens out onto the veranda via double French doors on the veranda with BBQ and seating for those long lazy days. The lounge comprises a 32” LCD TV, Freeview, DVD & Media streamer with seating on the 3&2 seater recliner settes. On site there is the Waters Edge Restaurant (Italian) & Bar, both with access onto the patio and decked waterside providing you with comfortable areas to keep an eye on the little ones while they play in the sand while you relax, overlooking the Lake where non motorised activities are allowed.

We have stayed here a couple of times and can not fault anything. It is very good value for money, very clean and has everything you could want. If you are looking for a relaxing stay then this accommodation is excellent in every way. Looking forward to going back again. The Wilde family.

we have just spent 3 nights (2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) in this lodge and it really was home from home, and even looking to book again next year, local to various places of interest and our dog loved the country side and lake walks, would recommend to anyone looking for a up to date perfect lodge.

We have just returned from 5 nights staying here and we have had a wonderful time. We were 2 adults, a 6yr old, a 3 yr old and an 11month old puppy and I cannot recommend this lodge highly enough. Every comfort was thought of, down to night lights for the kids and toys and doggy blankets for Lily!
The lodge was warm and welcoming and so comfortable, and the holiday village was friendly and child and dog friendly. The kids really enjoyed the beach at the lake and we enjoyed sitting out watching them with a chilled drink in hand from the bar/restaurant.
We will certainly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent property. Had all the home comforts. Great base for walking, owner supplied loads of infomation on local walks and even supplied the maps! Would certainly go back again.
