The kitchen has been completely refitted and has a full size cooker, dishwasher, and fridge. There is also an additional fridge and freezer in the adjoining garage. The relaxing lounge area with stunning views from the french doors - the sun streams through creating an ideal place to have 40 winks! Welcoming open fire for those chillier evenings. There is Sattelite TV, Play Station & DVD player for entertaining the younger ones! 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 large double, 2 twins & 1 single. Attractive views from all rooms - Over hillside, pool & front garden. All with fans and ample wardrobe space.

Now to the outside! A Terrace surrounds the house so you can catch the sun whatever time of the day you rise! Fully fenced front and back gardens with ample space to run a mock and play games! The pool (10 x 5m) has a consistent depth of 1.5m. Ideal for playing, excercising or just floating! Terraced area around the pool and safety fence for peace of mind. Lastly, but by no means least - The Orchard perfect for a stroll to take in the views and fresh unpolluted air! Make the most of the Apples, Cherries, Quince & Walnuts depending on when you are staying!
