All upstairs: downstairs large lounge 2, sofas, armchair, woodburner, 40' LCD TV,through lounge double doors in to large kitchen dinning room with its sofa. Coffee table, seating for up to 14 people a table for 8 plus one for 6. Kitchen fully equipped fridge, cooker, oven etc. Down to utility room with dishwasher, washing machine,sink coats area etc, plus another toilet.
