The cottage retains many of the original features, whilst benefiting from modern fittings and appliances. Ground floor - lounge with wood burning fire, comfortable furniture and bed settee as an extra bed if required. Satellite T.V. Compact well equiped kitchen, dining room and shower room. First Floor - Three Bedrooms (2 Doubles & 1Twin) Shower room, basin & WC. The beautiful landscaped gardens are for our guests to enjoy. South facing garden with BBQ and furniture to relax in. There is also a private woodland to explore across the country lane. Situated only 5 mins from the River Blavet at St.Nicolas Des Eaux, a charming riverside village with creperies, bars & restaurants. The historic medieval and interesting town of Pontivy is only 12kms away for a good variety of shops and supermarkets. Here you will also find the chateau,cobbled streets and timber clad buildings,numerous fine restaurants, open air swimming pool, ten pin bowling, cinemas and much more to mention.
Relaxing river trips, fishing,walking and bikes and kayaks can be hired at St. Nicolas to explore the Blavet Valley. The local golf course is only 5mins drive away. We can arrange 'tee times' for you and other activities on request. There are at least 6 further golf courses in the region. All have a putting green, coaching, equipment hire, trolley hire, pro-shop, clubhouse, bar & restaurant. Swimming pools,quad Bikes, aquarium, butterfly park,Dinosaur park All within 50 mins drive.
