Dalyan holiday villa "Villa Hatira"

Villa Hatira sleeps six in two double and one twin room all with their own en-suite shower rooms. The two double rooms also have their own balconies overlooking the park and tombs and the private swimming pool. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans , air conditioning will be fitted to all bedrooms for 2009, and insect nets to all windows so that the windows can be left open at night so benefiting from the cooling breeze.

Downstairs there is a large air conditioned open plan living area which includes a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full sized cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area accomodates 6 as does the lounge and both lead onto the large veranda which again overlooks the park and tombs and the pool, the best place to be to watch the sunset. Inside there is also a sunken Turkish seating area set around an Ottoman stone fireplace.

Outside, enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the tombs whilst watching the birds come down to drink at the large private pool. You may then wish to have a cooling dip followed by a b b q lunch and a siesta in the covered outside seating area. The perfect way to relax.

For those who are eager to be more active there is plenty to do from visiting markets, hiring a boat for the day to visit the lake or many coves out to sea, canoeing along the river, mountain biking, bird watching, white water rafting, moonlight cruises, jeep safaris and much more. A folder of trips is available at Villa Hatira as is a good selection of games and novels.

Dalaman airport is the local airport and is only 25 minutes from Dalyan. Flying time form the UK is 3.5 hours and flights leave from most regional airports. Please note that Villa Hatira is a non smoking house and that we also ask guests to remove their shoes in line with Turkish tradition.
